This is a great place with more than helpful staff. I took my Tag in for repair and they have managed the matter flawlessly to date. On another occasion, I had trouble with another watch. They found a new band for me and replaced the battery for free. Would not let me pay even after I insisted. They are a credit to the downtown merchants.
Very helpful and friendly service. They did an appraisal for me on my wedding rings and it was done quickly and professionally. I had not had my ring cleaned in years and now it looks like it did on my engagement night!
