I wish I could give them a review however they refused my service. When I called in at 9:00 am to have a regular birthday bouquet delivered to an address about two blocks from their business on the same day, I was told no they would not do that and their truck had already been filled and it's route pre-determined for that day. So sadly I will never find out if they do a good job or not as I called another very accommodating florist in Fairhope and they filled my order and delivered it the same day. And no I will not be calling Fairhope Florist back in the future.
I ordered flowers from here and asked for a receipt to be emailed to me. I called again 2 days later and asked again. Today I have called several times and no one answers the phone and I sent an email. No reply yet, and still no receipt! I really hope that the flowers I ordered were delivered!

This Shop was awesome, they were very helpful, customer service was excellent, they helped me pick out a beautiful arrangement for my mother. The driver hand delivered them to my mother, who said the flowers were gorgeous, and that the delivery man was so pleasant, I would definitely use fairhope florist again..I give them five stars
This is the worst business I have ever seen. My mother never even got my 70$ flower order bc they were never delievered. They are NOT local. After 3 business days of repeatedly giving my information to Florence (the lady who works there) I finally asked for a refund. She said she would send me a refund and send me a confirmation email within 5 mintues. Of course after 4 hours I never got the email. Spoke to Gene who is supposedly the supervisor who told me he would leave a note at her computer?? Still, no sign of a refund and it's been over a week since I first placed the order. Ridiculous.
