I was extremely happy with the level of service and the way my family have been treated at Fairhope Family Medicine. Quick, caring, and helpful. The staff are very friendly and know each of my families names. I feel like they care every time I set foot in the place.
Beware!!! The physician and staff were very professional and friendly but I would be very cautious if you are a new patient! I called ahead and made sure they took my insurance. I was seen and then charged approx. $100 and told they could not summit to my secondary insurance. A couple weeks later I got another bill for $30!! I would think they would have given the patient an estimate or at least let me know if have to pay for everything up front so I could have made an informed decision and went elsewhere.
I usually don't write negative reviews, but this place really deserves one. They conducted unnecessary tests, billed us for absurd charges insurance will not cover, and missed several diagnoses that someone who had only taken an online course in human physiology was able to make. Doctor Andrade also becomes easily angry when one asks questions. I strongly recommend you to look elsewhere for your medical needs.
No acostumbro a escribir críticas negativas, pero este lugar de verdad se lo merece. Realizaron estudios innecesarios, nos mandaron facturas con cargos absurdos que el seguro no cubre, y no acertaron varios diagnósticos que alguien que solamente había tomado un curso de fisiología humana en línea pudo acertar. La Dra. Andrade también se enoja fácilmente cuando uno le hace preguntas. Les recomiendo que vayan a otro lado para sus necesidades médicas.
