Make sure you know what you’re getting charged for and that items used are appropriate for your animals size and weight. The people may be nice, but I believe they cut corners, so just be careful....
I have use this clinic for approximately seven years and have been very pleased with the excellent care given to my cats. I have three and right now I have one with a bladder problem which is successfully being treated. I feel that they are very smart and give good and tender care.

I'm very disappointed in this facility. An abandoned kitten that my family adopted last fall was spayed here recently. She left with an upper respirtory & straph infection. This has now sickened the other animals in my home. I was never told to isolate the cat, nor that what she had was highly contagious. In 60+ years and numerous rescues, my family and I have never come across this illness. I called to speak to the doctor about the issue & update her on the cat they were now treating, and was blocked by the receptionist. She told me I'd have to bring my other cats in to be seen & pay the office fee & high priced medication for each. I had to ask her to reassure me that she'd give the message to the doctor, and she said that she would, but I have not received a call. On a second attempt, the receptionist again told me to schedule an appointment if we had concerns. I have already paid this vet over $500 for treatment of the adopted cat, & flea medication. This amount does not include the spaying, as that was covered under a voucher purchased from BARC. I overall find the staff to not have degnified customer service, and little to no compassion in regards to resolving a problem that was caused by the hygiene of their office.
