People are nice but you must remember it is a post office
They never answer the phones and packages come up missing.
Failed to provide simple delivery services to a PO box. Staff is rude and disconcerted with the delivery problems to our Post Office box. They seem to have personnel issues with people following instructions when we have done our part as described by the PostMaster. Post Master routinely gives excuses, fails to correct the problem. We have made EVERY effort to do what needs to be done by us, and still there are excuses by the PostMaster. BE WARY of your mail service!!!
Also help very much w packaging choices, have always had packages arrive on time.
