As always, I made my order online and ordered a pizza with no cheese or meat for my daughter using the "make your own pizza" option. Her pizza was delivered with cheese so I made a call to talk to explain the mistake. The first female I spoke with was rude and condescending, explaining to me that this is "not Pizza Hut" and you have to "take the cheese off" when you order a pizza with no cheese. I tried to explain the way online ordering works. She cut me off and put me on hold. The second female I spoke with was the manager (not sure because she did not identify herself or her position). She basically repeated what the first female said and I, again, explained how online ordering works. I explained that I make this order often and I asked her if she had ever explored the way online ordering works and that when you "make your own pizza" you don't take toppings off, instead you add toppings. She continued to argue with a very hostile, condescending attitude. Finally, she said that she will make me another one and said she had to go because it's raining and I need my pizza. The driver delivered the second pizza and was very apologetic because he heard the manager speaking to me and so I gladly tipped him again. These folks do not like to be called out when they make a mistake and they love to argue. I feel bad for the drivers who may not get the tips they deserve due to the rude, know-it-all attitudes of the people talking to customers. This was not my first time having a bad experience with an incorrect order. I wish I knew how to contact the owner.
So apparently they don't mind sending your pizza out for delivery with a women who's sick as a dog and can barely breath and walk without coughing horribly all around my pizza and drink
Service is great and everyone is so friendly!!! I have had so many large orders done in as little as an hour!!! One of my favorite pizza places ever!!!
They are the nicest and quickest pizza place in fairhope. I always make sure to tip at least 25%, because I always get what I order and I always have a polite deliverer. It's easiest to order from and always has quality food.
This is the 3rd time I have tried to order pizza from them. The last time all of the employees walked out and the manager called an hour later to tell me he could not handle the order. Tonight, I was on hold for 10 minutes before I spoke to someone, then only to be told they were running behind an hour and a half on pizza orders. The owner needs to get involved. He could sell a lot more pizza if operated properly. Pizza is good though if you ever get it.
