Server was only in his first week, so service was acceptable and he was friendly, if a little eccentric. He had yo ask us a few things 2x even though he was writing in his book the whole time and even though he went to check on how the sliders were served it was still inaccurate.
Went to lunch with my mother and 2 children (4months and 20 months). A little disapointed that with 2 employees hanging out at hostess stand watching us approach, neither opened door or moved or offered to help us.
We love Ruby Tuesday and always know we will have a great experience. The service is good with excellent management and this restaurant is clean and well maintained . We all may have our favorite types of food, but rest assured you will not be disappointed with any menu item. If there is a wait take that as a positive sign!
Food was all right, salad bar was what we came for and it didn't disappoint. It didn't seem to have as much as Foley location does, but was clean, full, and fresh!
Love the salad bar. They have added more item's. And the rib eye was very good. Ask for Charles. He is a great server.
The service was good, the salad bar was fresh and my entree was delicious! I highly recommend it. (Try the Chicken Fresco with grilled zucchini.)
Steak was undercooked twice. Waited over an hour for my meal. My husband was finished eating before my steak was cooked to medium well. First 2 times it came rare. The manager offered a free dessert that I refused. A discount would of better. We won't be back
